MemberAny one know where i can get the AOL Smiley Sets? I’m running Aim 5.2.3292, with DeadAIM 4.5, and Middle_Man beta 2. I don’t want to upgrade to 5.5, because i prefer 5.2.
here are the programs that failed me so far:
-Smilez 2.1- not compatible with 5.2
-Smilez 3.0- conflicts with Middle_Man
anyone know any other programs?

Memberi use AIMutation. They have a smilely plugin. It also works on 5.2 Also next time dont double post, give people time to reply, you probally are not going to get a reply right away.

MemberPalfun launches it’s own client, instead of the regular AIM one. That would make DeadAIM and Middle_Man useless.

deadaim and AIMutation have almost all the same features, so you could uninstall deadaim and install aimutaion with all the same features as deadaim.January 9, 2005 at 3:11 am #111321Jon8RFC
MemberHere’s a standalone program…it’s over a year old and the creator’s site doesn’t exist anymore. http://jon8rfc.homeip.net/aim/aim_smiler_1.2.zip

MemberAim Smiler, doesn’t install the sets, it just comes seperately. Any way, i’m fine now, i don’t really need the smileys.

I am thinking about doing some more implementing with the code, but right now it works and is compatible with any version of AIM and an add-on, since it is a separate program.
Here is my new site: http://fullimpact.net/
And the link to the AIM Smiler’s section: http://fullimpact.net/helps.php?cat=misc&id=impactaim
