One of my sn’s is registered on both aol and aim, another one which I am using more and more often is only registered with aim. I like the aol sound I have on the sn that’s registered on aol.. is there anyway I can like send a file to that other sn or open a file or somethin or ANYWAY I can get that aol sound on my sim registered sn ?? 😉
no no no.. I mean like theres like a jay-z sound or whateva I wanted on aol.. the same sn is on aim.. how can I get that same *”AOL”* sound.. (not a regular aim sound).. on the the sn thats registered only on aim.. so I cant like go under taht sn on aol and just cahnge the sound cause its not registered on aol
All of the sounds should be .wav files on your computer. On AIM you can set custom sounds. Edit Prefrences>IM/Chat>Sounds>Browse. All of the sounds for AOL should be in its program directory. I don’t have AOL, so I don’t know, but i’m guessing somewhere like C:Program FilesAOLSounds
I have AIM and AOL too and I only use AIM now and I wanted the better sounds that any programs I have used….an I found out that you can use any sound on your computer for AIM….even a song lol if you wanted to. goto the edit sounds for IMchat and click browse and click c:program files/AOL/sounds…..or anyother program….windows messenger has some cool sounds:D
