KeymasterI’m working on setting up a new site for gamers. No big sponsors or corporate backing, just real gamers like you sharing their advice and opinions.
It’s not ready for a public unveiling… yet. But if you think you might be interested in helping out, post a reply and I’ll send you the URL.
We want this to be YOUR site for gaming stuff; news, reviews, forums and (of course) games! We need your opinions. What would your “dream gaming site” look like? You get to help create what we hope will be your home for everything about PC and console gaming.
We also need people to help write game and hardware reviews, articles, news stories and tutorials.
And of course, we also need experienced moderators for the forums.
If you are into games and this sounds interesting to you, post a reply and I’ll contact you.

ParticipantI’m into games, but I’m not a hardcore gamer, can I check it out?

MemberSounds like a good idea. Id like to check that out!
Will it just be about new games or retro games as well?

ParticipantSounds awesome. I’m more into PC games, the only console I gots is an old N64. 😛
I also like retro games like… Super Mario for NES. That game’s a classic.June 17, 2004 at 9:45 pm #43485shifter
ParticipantWe own a GameCube and are usually renting all sorts of new games as they appear. I should be able to contribute to any section dealing with this console.

MemberVideo games are awesome! I have a Gamecube, a GBA, and lots of old game systems. I’m also on the computer a lot so I play computer games, too. Can’t wait for Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic: The Sith Lords! I would be interested in checking this out when its available.

Participantlike David said, “I’m into games, but I’m not a hardcore gamer” – I play the occasional game on my PC when I get a chance to, especially when i’m at school and we want to get LAN multiplayer games goin (Jedi Academy mostly, but we have others)
sure, i’d like to take a look-see

MemberI play games on my PC and my PS2, but I do not play all the time. The site looks pretty cool so far, and I am interested to see how it turns out, and I will help out in any way I can.

MemberI’m interested in this. I play PS2 + PC games and could write reviews and generally give help to people.

MemberWe’re going to get a PS2 eventually (yeah we’re WAY behind the times!) and my husband is VERY much into PC games….I’ll ask him and see if he’s up for the challenge! That’s if I can pull him away from Total War…any one of them that is….or the trailors for Rome:Total War. [:o]

MemberSure, I’d like to have a peek at it. I’m a beginner/advanced web/graphics designer, and I’d like to see what you’ve done with it. I currently own a PS2 and a GBA, that’s all I use, becuase my PC is WAY too slow for any kind of serious gaming like Diablo or Quake. But still I’m into video games and I’d like to check it out, nonetheless.

MemberA good gamers forum is http://www.stormnetwerks.com/forum/ it’s still in it’s preliminary stages and hasn’t got many members yet, but if you join it please remember to say I refered you there and also remember to say everything that goes wrong is Travis’ fault (an on running joke)

MemberIt depends one what games you would play. Lets say you want to play a first person shooter, then you would play on PC. But if you want to play a RPG or something else the it would most likely to be console. Multiplayer also depends, say you want to play with a bunch of your friends all at the same time, then it would most likely be console 16 player Halo with 4 X-boxes hooked up. But if you would be more fun for you to whoop down on people, and cuss at them when they are down, then PC is for you.
