Hi,
I need a help regarding video call or sound call with others using Windows Live Messenger.
when i send the invitation for both, my friend don’t receive any invitation to accept my call and i still wait for the action in my PC.
I went to the Video and audio setup and did the test for both, both the speaker, Microphone and the cam is working fine.
I check the choice ” to allow other see that i have a cam” and it was already checked.
I dont know how to solve this issue and i need it to solve it ASAP urgently.
i also removed the installer with all component totally and install it again.
nothing work yet
any advice will be appreciated
Sounds like a network problem. Are you using a proxy server or firewall? Are you in a work setting, or at home? Many businesses block the ports typically used for audio/video as a matter of routine, so if you’re attempting this from work, you should check with your IT group to make sure it’s permitted.
If you’re trying from home, you might be experiencing a problem with a firewall or proxy. Try temporarily disabling to test.
Where are you located? Some countries also block audio/video calls, sometimes to prevent citizens from using free alternatives to government-run telecom.
I agree with Jeff it happens to me many times!!!
