Audio/video tuning wizard on msn 6.1 doesnt work!

Help!…. I have been spending days trying to figure out why my Audio/video tuning wizard for msn 6.1 won’t run. I go under tools, then to Audio/video tuning wizard and it says it’s not able to run it now. When I go under “web cam settings” I am able to adjust the settings and the screen is working, it’s just the Audio/video tuning wizard that isn’t. I need help getting it to run so that i am able to use my web cam as soon as posible! Thanks!

Try rebooting. When Windows is done starting up again, close all unnecessary programs and processes (don’t turn your firewall off!) and then run the Audio/Video wizard. I can’t garantuee that that’ll work, but it’s worth a try.
