Automatic log off

Hi….if anyone can help, i’d appreciate it. Just set up “wireless” network for 2 home PC’s. Since the set up, the wireless one (which is running latest version of AIM), gets randomly kicked off/ or the away message disappears. The main computer with the router is running older 5.2.3292 version and is fine. Should I delete the newer one and install the older version, or any other suggestions.

It could be that your internet connection the wirelss one the signal gets lost sometimes and would kick you off and sometimes if you got back in the area it will reset AIM with no away message. There are several topic on this you might find an answer using the search tab at the top.

I had this problem before also. It worked when I set my modem’s firewall settings to low.
