Well I just saw Avatar in 2D and it’s good enough for me. It’s a fantastic movie as per James Cameron (the man never seems to get anything wrong) It is a long movie (clocking in at 2 hours 42 minutes) but never once did I feel bored. The action is interspersed wonderfully with the more serene parts. This is another cinematographic tour de force from Cameron.
What’s more, because I logged in online and went for the Wednesday mid-week special here, I paid only $1.80 for the 2D version-beat that!
P/S And it also has Michelle Rodriguez in it!
That is seriously unfair!! Even now here in the uk its $18.71 (I converted it to dollars) just for your convenience.;)
Pfft maybe my seat was a bit more comfy but I doubt it :p
WELL… I was conned into going to see it tonight… I’ll admit, it was seriously a good movie. It wasn’t what I expected at all. I assumed it was a cartoon-like movie the full way through, which is why I didn’t want to see it.
I didn’t pay for it (I used my points.. huzzah!) but it costs normally about $13.50 here (3D).
I’m going to see it a second time this Wednesday with my mom (it’s her first viewing)
