Avatar problem with Yahoo! Messenger for Vista Preview

I’m testing the Yahoo! Messenger for Vista preview release and having one persistent problem. I have chosen to use a photo on my local drive as my avatar/display pic. It works fine during my session, but when I log off Yahoo and sign back in, I get a blank avatar with an error message, and have to go through the process of selecting my photo again.

Anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix or is it a known bug?

I’m not sure as i don’t use the vista messenger but perhaps you should use the beta feedback form and report the issue nonetheless.

I’m testing Yahoo Messenger for Vista and I don’t have that problem, Fanatic. When I log off Yahoo and sign back in, it takes a few seconds for the blank avatar to be refreshed, but my photo (selected from my hard disk) appears without any trouble.
