I am going on vacation so I want to leave an away message that is up permanently but I dont want my computer to be on..I know theres this site..But how long does that log me on and keep the message up?

ai-buddy.com lets you do that and it says up all day/night but if there server restarts then it will kick you off

Yes, AI-Buddy has no connection to your computer, only your screen name. You are basically using their computer to be online.

http://www.webaim.net has a site that is just as good as http://www.ai-buddy.com. Their server doesnt reset as often as ai-buddy. Only down side is webaim.net doesnt allow multiple locations and sometimes it might be hard to get on due to the limit of users they allow….And yes, your computer can be off and still be signed in through webaim. I’m usually connected through webaim on an average for a week or so before i get disconnected.
Here’s my problem with ai-buddy. Let’s say I wanna stay on all night, but turn my computer off (that part is manditory, parents want it off). I’ll turn AIM and my computer off, but leave AI Buddy On.

ANy help?That wont work…you have to use the instant idler program on there..and it will reset your time..Its like logging onto aim on two comps..you log on theirs for overnight and then you log on yours during the day..so it will reset your time..Why does it matter though?
