Hi, normally when I sign on under my screen name in another location while I’m still connected somewhere else, it will bring up a message saying that I am currently signed on at 2 locations. Does anyone know if it will still tell you this message if one of the locations is a mobile device (cell phone- the actual instant messenging 2 way thing on the phone, not forwarding or anything, the actual AIM for your phone). For example, say I am on my cell phone connected…..and then I decide to sign on that screen name at my house…will I still get that message at my house and on my phone??? Thanks
Yes it will. I have Aim on my cell phone and then when I get home I will sogn online and it will send one to my house and one to my phone so yes even though your not forwarding you messages it still will say you are logged on in 2 places now if you log on two seperate screen names I am not sure but I don’t think you will get a message since you have two different screen names.:)
