I am signed on with bellsouth DSL services, and while my bellsouth IM can Im yahoo, msn, and AOL I currently have family and friends that use ICQ, Jabber and some other IM that i can’t remeber right now. When I get online I have to open no less than 3 different Im programs which use alot of space and are at times confusing to keep up with. My question ios this. With the growing community of bellsouth users in the south is there an IM that can connect to it as well as others? Please tell me some good news..

I had been using a mac and used Adium for that purpose there. There is also Trillian that does the same thing. I’d suggest you check them out, maybe do a search of BBB to find what others have used successfully, and try one of them out.
I’m fairly new to this IMing, but the folks here are great at helping out. You might want to visit the IRC to see what the guys in there use.
And welcome – it’s nice to have you here.
