Which is the best messenger to use on a mobile phone that supports Java?
Is anyone using Agile Messenger or TipicME or some other messenger?
Thanks in advance!
Have you tried IM+? I know it’s not free, but it all depends what you are after if you are willing to pay or not.
I could consider paying (since I am paying for my Trillian Pro on my PC), but want to make sure it is working before I pay…
I’m using Agile Messenger on my PocketPC and highly recommend it. It’s not the java-version for a mobile phone, but if it’s any indication of the quality of their products, I’d say give it a try.
Agile Messenger doesn’t seem to work for me. I know I’m connected to the internet. After a while, it goes back to where you enter your account details.

For AOL, do you have to use an AOL account? Or can you use an AIM account?

Nevermind, I figured it out! 😉
IM+ now seems to be the most stable one. I’m using it under Nextel on Blackberry 7520 since 1st release, and I also saw posts on other forums from people who use it on Pocket PC, feedbacks are generally positive.
