Hey..I was just wondering if anyone knows the best pop up blocker program to use that’s out there…I’d appreciate it…if you can give me the link and where to find the program so I can download it.. Thanks
I dont know if its the best but we have EarthLink. Im sry i dont have a link ethier. Try google searching it.
nah lol…I have a cable modem…Comcast is my internet provider…i wouldn’t want Earthlink…Thanks anyway.
I use Pop-Up Stopper. Works good enough for me.
The new beta version of the Google Toolbar includes a pop-up blocker. Handy toolbar, too!
Ad Muncher works great for me.

However, I dislike blocking pop-ups most of times, because I like to see what they are before I decide to close the pop-ups. So I’m giving Google ToolBar five stars and I recommend everyone to give it a try. 🙂
I don’t use Pop-Up blockers, I don’t get a lot of pop-ups and sometimes I’d like to see what they are first. Some sites have pop-ups for notices from them, and not ads.

anyways there is a browser I -Net Tabs!!! Its a small and gr8 browser and it asks bfor opening any pop up, so u can even stop the pop up and if u wish u can view it also!!! so just search on google!!!
P.S.:- its freeId also reccomend Crazy Browser. Its a small download, and runs off IE. Great pop-up utility.
Just also woundering. Does anyone know of a blocker that does not need to tp press any commands to open a hyperlink (ex: ALT enter). but does block out automatic ones?

Some sites have pop-ups for notices from them, and not ads.I’ve got like 10 on my computer, somewhere, but, they all kind of get annoying A) I don’t get many pop-up’s b) I work with Java Script, and when your testing a script that uses a pop-up window… It gets annoying FAST. C) I’m on a 3m/s cable line, It doesn’t slow anything down for me :).
Oh yeah just like Jeff said, get the google toolbar. It’s really helpfull, puts the search engine right in your browser. The popup blocker is great, never missed a popup, doesn’t close browser windows, and Earthlink is spyware.
