Blaster Worm is back?

im having a problem with what seems to be the blaster worm again,is this possible?back in august i downloaded the patch setup my internet firewall,and everything was well. now less than a month ago itsstarting to do it again and i tried to download the patch all over again but now its not working,NT authority or whatever is shutting me down again, what can i do?

Providing that after August your system was clean and that the AV software is constantly updated and you have not re-installed your OS then your current problem is NOT blaster.
