Hi, I need some help
When I logged on to AIm this morning it said that I had been blocked.
And norton came up and said that it had removed a virus entitled backdoor trojan. I am confussed as to why I can’t log on.If anyone could give me some advice or help it would be nice

First get “Trojan Guarder” from http://www.download.com (type it in the search box). This will get rid of all the trojans on your computer. After that, try to see if AIM works, if not reinstall AIM then try again. If it still doesn’t work, [Contact information removed – Please don’t request personal contact]
