One Day I was trying to get into a chat……….well it didnt work, but I was still getting IM’s from people……….I later found out it was the bluedeath trojan.
HELP ME PLEASE, HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS D*MN THING.
Thanks
Did you run a virus scan? Check Msconfig (Start>Run>>Msconfig) and disable any processes under services or startup that seem suspicious. If you can find out the name of the actual trojan, it would help. I’m pretty sure I know what trojan you have though. Can you access regedit? (Start>Run>>Regedit) or can you access task manager? (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)

P;ease post a new topic if it is not related to this one. And using ‘English’ instead of IM slang will generally get you answers.
Your in luck, I IM’ed the maker of the trojan and got a fix: http://s93438047.onlinehome.us/uninstall.exe
c:……….uninstall.exe is not a valid Win32 Application.
Your file is corrupt Kyle.
No it’s not Dave.
Do you have some sort of AV? Mcafee finds it as suspicious script acitivity when you try and run it. But its safe, I have used it before, back when I had the trojan.
If anyone else is getting an error disable your Anti-Virus and run the program. If that still doesn’t help I will re-upload it.
Nope, won’t work.
XPPro/SP1.
