Finally booked my holiday. Going to Skiathos in Greece – here is the company I booked with –
http://www.argo-holidays.comNever been to this island so looking forward to the nice restaurants and the lovely beaches. Anyway I fly out on the 30th September and back on the 8th October.
So while I am topping up my tan, hope you all miss me lots!!!

Excellent choice Sarah, Skiathos is a BEAUTIFUL island. It’s a totally green island with many forests and wonderful beaches. Seriously of the most beautiful islands in Greece and perfect to spend time with your family there.

Well I am sure our George would love to be entertained by Sarah for an evening Amy haha, but sadly where I am staying is quite a long way from George. Yes, I know he will be cross I did not book Athens (Athens I might add is somewhere I would love to go) but he will be equally relieved he does not have to listen to my yapping on all evening. Greece is one of the most beautiful places in the world and anywhere I go there is heaven to me. Ahh the crystal sea the beautiful beaches the lovely food, the fantastic people, ooooh ok back to earth only a week on Friday to go :0)
Well, to go to Skiathos though you have to go to Athens first and then Piraeus where the port is 😉 All that is very close to me. But anyway, if you have some free time at your return to Athens from Skiathos drop me an email or call me if you can! I’d love to meet ya even for a bit before you go back to UK.
Unless you picked up a different route but i cant think of what could that be since most likely you have to take the boat from Piraeus.
