Buddy Spy problem

I have one name on my buddy spy list. Every single time this person signs onto Yahoo, Buddy Spy shuts down and either doesn’t log back on, or logs back on several hours later.

I get an error message for myself at the time, saying “invalid password for (user name)”, or “(user name) is not logged on”.

I have uninstalled (latest available version) and re-installed twice, to no avail.

Any suggestions?
