Hi People,
I think there’s a bad bug in build 9.0.0.2018 and just in case it’s me is anyone else seeing this effect?
In my C:Program FilesYahoo!Messenger folder I’ve found what appear to be file dumps…about 350 of them…they’re named like this: DDrgz43DmITH0zgUhfEIZA (and a different name for each one) and they all read the same inside like thus:-
I dunno what’s causing this but I’m fed up with deleting the damned things.
Is it me or can anyone else see these files?
I seem to remember back in the early days of version 8x that there was a similar file dump of Temp files done by one build that was eventualy rectified…I think this is a similar sort of problem.
Assuming others are seeing this how do I report it to Yahoo as a bug?
In the meantime I’m going back to the previous build which is ok for me.
Cheers…Colin

I’m not familiar with what these files are. Perhaps one of the Yahoo Guru’s will be along shortly and may clear up what these are for you and/or if they are anything to be concerned about.
