i think, since it’s a german address… extrembierig @ hotmail.de
“extrem bier” means “extreme beer” (or extremely beer), so find something ending in “ig” that makes sense with that, and you might have it.
I talked to my semi-speaking german mom about this, and she thinks it could be this:
extrembierlig@hotmail.de since lig is an common ending in german.I dont know if i m right or wrong , i think its extremerislig@hotmail.de
rislig i think is a name of a fruit in some language , i just googled for it
