Cannot access hotmail.com

Hi

Im having problems checking my emails on MSN messenger, I can log into MSN messenger and when I try to go to my inbox I get page cannot be displayed.

I have also tried to go to http://www.hotmail.com but that too doesnt work, I have had this problems for a few days and I dont know what it could be.

If anyone knows how I could sort this problem out then could you please let me know.

Hotmail is having problems, it is rather wide spread, people are also reporting delays in messages being sent, for me it took 20 days for one message to arrive! I think the only thing you can do is just wait or use another email, there’s been no official word about it. Apparently it will work if you use your Hotmail account in Outlook Express and MSN Explorer, though.

I was thinking that it was something to do with MSN hotmail as everything else was working ok.

Hopefully it will be sorted out soon

Could be hotmail is having problems, except hotmail will paste ( server busy) or (unable to process request) (request timed out) not page cannot display. (typically) 100% of the calls I take are either winsock issues, but if you can see any .com addy then this isnt the issue. or its secure sites

if youve win XP go to
start > run ant type regsvr32 wintrust.dll and hit enter
start > run ant type regsvr32 softpub.dll and hit enter
start > run ant type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter a blackbox will apear and disappear
start > run ant type netsh int ip reset all and hit enter a blackbox will apear and disappear

if its secure sites with XP this usually fixes it otherwise call your manufacturer
