I got a new computer the other day, have gotten it all setup and everything and finally got around to installing AIM today. I’m trying to setup my expressions/change them and everytime I click on change expressions, it loads a webpage and then quickly goes to a error page saying it can’t find the software to read the requested page.
I can’t figure out what the problem is. I still have my old computer and when I try to access it with that one, there is no problem. But it needs to be accessed from the new PC, as I need to get the expressions IN my software and the only way to do that is to get it to work on the new computer.
Any ideas on how to fix this? It’s really annoying the hell out of me!
Thanks.
Anyone?
Misery loves company. Trying to get to expressions from within AIM or from IE6 gets me the same error that you get. I have made sure the page is a “trusted site” and that didn’t fix it. Sure makes me grumpy about AIM, because the personalization is a big draw for me.
Add me to the list for this one. New computer, o/s Vista, Aim 6 but cant get to expressions. Has anyone solved this one?
