hi guys can some body help me out i am unable to login in to my yahoo id the yahoo id and password is correct but i am still getting a error message as “Please click try again to reenter your yahoo id and password. if u have forgotten your id and password, click sign-in problem”. I tried every thing like resetting my yahoo password it still of no use..please help me..

My first recommendation when something like this happens is to run a quick scan with Malwarebytes just to be sure it’s not malware related.
I would also ensure you have the latest version of Flash installed.
It is important to follow the steps Ven0m provided via the links to the Yahoo help pages. Let us know if you were able to resolve the problem from the steps suggested.
August 31, 2009 at 5:24 pm #175664falcon1984Memberwell i did followed the step ven0m suggested but it didn’t work. But the problem got solved when i used the down graded version of yahoo messenger to 7.0. Now i can login in to the account even with the new version. The thing i have to reconsider is to upgrade my flash. The step suggested in the blog was of no use….anyways thanks guys for helping me..

falconAugust 31, 2009 at 5:59 pm #175662Doris KenneyParticipantI’m glad you have it fixed. I do seriously recommend making sure your Flash and Java are always up to date. If they are not there are security vulnerabilities that may be exploited.
You might try reinstalling a current version again now that you have it working. Otherwise, you may not be able to use key features and may open yourself to security issues by using an old version of the program. It could have been as simple as a corruption in your files which has now been fixed.
However that is your choice – the important thing is you are able to login and chat with your contacts. Good luck!
