I tried the beta version and really liked it a lot. I had no problems ….till the final version came out and I downloaded it. Since I have the final version I can not open more than one window. As soon as I click on the Explorer, the one I am in closes and I lose it. Seems only one window at a time is all I can do. I have tried uninstalling it so many times — more than a dozen. Once I have uninstalled it I can go back to having as many windows open at a time and even tried to install the old version again and all works fine but as soon as I go back to the newer version and install it again I have that same problem.
I know that lots of others in the backgammon rooms are also experiencing this same problem because they were asking if anyone knew how to solve it. They have also uninstalled it and went back to the old one.
Does anyone know what we can do to solve this problem please? I really like the look of the new one and would like to be able to use it but I am back on the old version.
Ps ..I have 3 different computers in this house and have tried this on all 3 and all the same problem.
