Can’t open profiles

so yeah, ive posted in a different forum on here and i tried the advice they gave me but it didnt work. my internet explorer 6(at the time) kept asking me to update, and it wouldnt go away so i finally updated to IE 7. well i have no problems/issues with it except for one, i can not open yahoo profiles or click links i have to highlight them and copy and past them into the search window. If anyone can help with this problem, thank you in advance(and sorry if this is in the wrong forum i just thought that since it concerned yahoo it would be ok to post in here)

While im here, I also can not send photos through file transfer on yahoo. if someone could help with that, also.
