Can’t see friend when there online

Whenever my friend logs onto messenger, i can never see them on my list as being online, which is becoming a bit of a pain, they can see me but i cant see them, they said there not logging on as invisible so not sure why it’s happening, any way to fix this?

press can fix. it refreshes your yahoo messenger.
sometime it could be yahoo server problem not showing the status properly. thanks

i think the problem of users not showing online in my messenger when they are online is still not gon…

even if I used CTRL-R more than once..

is there any other way to solve it.???

Once they are logged in ask them to change their status. Failing this just delete them and re add them.

I have had this problem before myself. The only way that I could fix it was to remove them from my buddy list and then re-add them. Hope this helps.
