MemberWell basically any ID that I go on now, I go to edit/delete picture and I delete the old, then I upload a new and it says this:

I tried it on a different ID and it did the same thing. What the hell’s going on?

Memberhaha man, I had that problem once. No matter what I did, It’d show up that message, and I’d be like
. Well, I found out why I was getting the error message. It was because I was trying to upload corrupt jpg images. Prolly you’re doing the same… If you know you arent, then it could be because your browser is not accepting cookies (I know, it sounds stupid when I’m trying to advice EliteNick 😮 ).. and so you’re getting logged out. Thats all that I can think of for now. If it still gives you trouble, heck, lets sue yahoo 😉 .P.S. Do you know of any winamp plugin that shows the current song being played in chatrooms… If such a thing doesnt exist, would you make one?:D
Later man.

ParticipantYes, yahoo will give you that message if the picture is corrupted or it isn’t in the file type they want. JPEG works best always.

MemberAlright. I’ll change the extension…however it worked when I uploaded it on myspace.com 🙂
Lol…but we know Yahoo!. And yeah I’ll throw in that option to display the song you’re listening to in a chatroom on the next version of Y!Amp…even though there’s prolly other progs that do it.
Anyway thanks guys I’ll try the first suggestion out first.
**edit**
Ok that worked…it didn’t like my gif image for some reason so I converted it to .jpg 🙂
Thanks. Btw, to Yahoo!, Inc. you should make it actually tell us what’s wrong instead of giving a false error message (i.e. “this image format is not supported”) :p

MemberHaha yeah, Yahoo! should be more specific on their error messages. Like when you’re finished editing your account settings and click the finished button, you’d get a “page not found” error. Oh well… Gotta love Yahoo! even then :D.
And when is the next version of Y!Amp coming out? 😀
