Hi, for about 4 days now, I have’t been able to view my profile nor anyone else’s in the yahoo games. I use to be able to do it all the time, and it just all of a sudden stopped. Can you please help me?

Danyelle in TnAny new pop-up blockers installed recently? Or windows updates? Try holding the control key when you push the profile button, see if that works.
Hmm, it could be that.
However, when you say, “can’t view” do you mean that the profile itself doesn’t come up at all, i.e. you get no new window. Or do you mean that the window pops up, and you get something like, “This profile is not available”?

A friend of mine had this same problem… I don’t know why this worked but it did. I had her download http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/ and set it as her default browser. After that everything worked great. I.E. sucks :p
Okay i know this is an old thread, but i didn’t wanna start a new one since there is so many on this subject and i’ve tried all the options i’ve read. Okay well in yahoo game rooms i had always been able to view profiles to see game history, but for the past few days when i click on profile, it doesn’t even show up as a pop up with the yahoo pop up blocker. I recently did a system restore on my computer, but i had done this before and still been able to view the profiles. Any idea why this is happening?…i don’t wanna download any new browsers, since i’m used to Internet Explorer. Any help would be appreciated.
