Hi, my name is simran. I have just joined big blue ball. Can some one please tell me that how can I change my security password at yahoo.com. One of my old friend has access to my account and when ever I change my password he always create a new password since he know’s my security passowrd question.
I would be highly obliged if some one can answer my question. You can just drop me an e-mail at: kholi_simran@yahoo.com
Thanks in Advance.
Hi Simran, welcome to the bigblueball!
As for your question, unfortunately Yahoo does not allow you to change your Challenge Question and Secret Answer online – which is probably good considering your old friend probably would have changed this too if he could have! Anyway, Yahoo recomends you fill out this handy form and tell them your problem, then hopefully they will get back to you with some information on how to change that Secret Q & A. Good Luck!
I thought the same thing as Shifter stated, but after doing a search i found This:

If you would like to change or update your Password Question and Secret Answer, please send an email to:my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com
For security reasons, we request that you send this information from the Yahoo! Mail account associated with the Password Question and Secret Answer. In the subject of the email, type:
Password Question and Secret Answer
In the text of the email, include:- Your Yahoo! Mail ID.
- The ZIP code you gave when you registered for the account (non-U.S.residents, please include country).
- Your birth date that you provided at registration.
- The alternate (non-Yahoo!) email address listed for your Yahoo! ID.
- Your current Password Question and Secret Answer (exactly as you entered them at registration).
- Your new Password Question and Secret Answer.
Please Note: The punctuation, spelling, and spacing of your new Secret Answer are important. We will copy the Secret Answer exactly as it appears in your email. Once we’ve received and verified the above information, we’ll notify you that the change has been made.
Hope this helps!
