Hey guys 🙂
I run apache with php and mysql on my computer for a test server so my port 80 is always in use so I can’t seem to login Windows Live messenger. I couldn’t find a way to change its settings to go through another port. Does anyone know a way around this?
Your help is very much appreciated.
Thanks
Faizan
Based on the post from Jonathan Kay port 80 isn’t the first port tried.
I don’t know much about opening ports and all that but you might see if the one he mentions is open and available on your router.
If you need it, here is the list of ports used by WLM.
Best of luck!
Hey Faizan! Good to see you here on the BigBlueBall! Long time, no see!
Let me know if you need help testing, but patndoris really knows her stuff. 😉
