Say my name on Yahoo! Messenger is: (bronxy cool)
and i dont want them to see the “cool” part, is there anyway I can make it so people only see “bronxy” as my name?any help is appreciated,

But you can create the “bronxy” name as another profile. You can use this new profile to communicate with other users.Also, you might just want to edit out your nickname (if you did put any in this account).The nickname will be the one that will be seen in the Chatroom User list.
I’ve noticed that there are alot ot members running to I.D’s in yahoo chat rooms,they can be in two seperate chat rooms at the same time..How is this done? If you could shed some light on this i’d like to know..thanks

You can try using multiple Y!M, however in this method, you need different accounts, not just ID.
Or, you can use Chat Clients.
Simply log in using a Yahoo! ID, enter the chatroom. Then, launch another application (whether Y!M or chat client) and log in again using another account and you can enter again any chatroom.
