My partner and I frequently try to chat, but partner’s contact with me is either sporadic or not at all. This is despite partner showing as on-line. Says later not getting my msgs or can’t respopnd. Is this a common problem and if so how do we fix it? Kind of important to me to know.

norbearHi norbear, and welcome to the BigBlueBall. I don’t have the answers for you, but have had one friend who at least on one occasion didn’t get a message I sent while they were “away” but still online. It wasn’t even in their log.
You might want to search the site in case this has been brought up before. If it’s a problem, you can bet it’s been posted here. Hope you get the answers you’re looking for.
