hi all, i m using yahoo messenger 6.0 , from last few days whenever i try to enter the chat room
1. after many attempts i m able to enter the chat room
2. once i m abel to enter the chat room following are noticed
a . the room name is not visible on the top of window, instead — or ” ” character are seen. so i m not abel to see in which room i m.
b, the members list window is also invisible, so i m not abel to find out who are the members in this room.
c. whenever any member join or lave the room the message window shows only the message left the room or joined the room but the member name is not attached with the message.
why does it so happening . can any one help me out.I’ve had the same problem as you, but it only lasted one session. I exited Yahoo! completely and restarted it and it was gone, but I’m sure you’ve already tried that. I’d suggest getting the BETA version of Messenger 7 & seeing if you still get the same problem or not – http://beta.messenger.yahoo.com/
If you STILL get the same problems, go back to the stable Yahoo! Messenger 6 ( http://messenger.yahoo.com ) and reinstall that, and hopefully the problem will be gone.
