What food makes you think of your childhood, mine has to be soft boiled eggs and soldiers – which is toast cut in to strips to dig in, and if it was raining after school my mum being there with a warm towel and a hot choc for me, I know ahhh … what are yours??
Ice Cream sandwiches. Everytime I eat one, it reminds me of my horrible 1st-5th grade experiences as a nerdish outcast. 🙂
My favorite snack when I came home from school would be a slice of bread with peanut butter on it, but my mom would draw a heart shape in the middle of it with the knife. Sometimes, if she is in the kitchen, she will make me one for the heck of it. Aaah the memories! I like my 20’s better, although I’m just at the beginning.
Corned beef hash and eggs with toast…MMMMMMMMMM….just thinking about it makes me think happy thoughts… 😀
