I am unable to click on any URL posted in an IM chat box, I get an error message when trying to do so, also when I get a new e-mail notification
I cannot access my email by clicking on ‘go to email’.
This also stops me from accessing direct help sites from YIM.
Any tips will be much appreciatedHi.

Start, settings, control panel.
Internet Options.
Programs tab.
Click “Reset Web Settings…”.
Untick the box, click OK.If you use AOL or made any customisations to the programs you used for chatting such as email reader, reset those in the boxes on the programs tab. You should no longer have any problems:-)
