12. GENERAL PRACTICES REGARDING USE AND STORAGE
You acknowledge that Yahoo! may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained by the Service, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account on the Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on Yahoo!’s servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the Service in a given period of time. You agree that Yahoo! has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any messages and other communications or other Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that Yahoo! reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Yahoo! reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits from time to time.
13. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Yahoo! reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Yahoo! shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Complain to Sign in to Yahoo!I dont think flooding Yahoo with tons of complaints is of any help. You dont know if they are working on fixing several issues already, and complaints about the same things will just bug them and take their time which may be needed for other things.
I agree with you that the current “bot invasion” in chat is really annoying, but programs like Yahelite or YTunnel actually do a good job on that bot issue. The other things you mentioned never happened to me while i was in chat, so i wouldnt know about those.
As to the “Go to” function, yes it was funny to use it, but it did kind of violate people’s privacy.
And as Oreo and Dermot already said, yahoo is for free and by getting a yahoo account you agreed to the TOS so there is probably not much you can do. 🙂Everyone keeps saying bots. I don’t think I once said bots. If yahoo could block bots they would have done it years ago. I want them to fix problems that takes a few minutes to fix.

And first, how do you know it’d only take a few minutes? And second, maybe they took it off for good reason? Maybe just like you are complaining for them to put it back, the people who were being followed compained to get it turned off. (for things such as stalking issues)
Everything goes both ways, so don’t assume it’s always easy.
Well bots are better to complain about then goto feature. The only bug i said to complain about that they might have reasons not to fix is switching between nicknames and ID names.
To show you they don’t care to much about chat, in the new version 8.0.0.716 the goto feature is still there, even tho it does not work. you would rather have Yahoo add it back. But why complain about
something that you can add back yourself ?Here is a res_msgr.dll with the only thing that has been changed ( actually added ) is the toggle to show or hide nicknames.
Or if you want to keep waiting for Yahoo to add it back then more power to you.
Keep in mind that Yahoo knows that people can add it back and is probably
the very reason the don’t add it back.I think I got to them, there reply changed. Yay

Bug Report:
I am not able enter the chatrooms
ChatterBox, ShowBiz Central, and The
Press Box in the voice chat catagory.
An error pops up saying
“Chat Error: Room is Disabled.”
I am using messenger version 8.0.0.716.
