I have a problem…When I added some one to my contactlist they apear twies…in “Other Contact’s” and in that group I have moved them to…
I can delete them, and then create them again, but that’s a huge work!

Can’t you just right-click on the contact in the “Other Contacts” group and select “delete contact”?
It should stay in the other group and be removed from the “Other Contacts” group.

My problem is… When I delete accounts that are no longer in service, they disappear from the contact list, but when I go in Tools > Options > Privacy, these ones that I deleted are still in there, and won’t let me delete them. Does any one know how I can delete them?
August 1, 2003 at 6:23 am #92575shifterMemberFor some reason MSN won’t let you delete these contacts from you privacy list, until that contact has taken you off of there own contact list. The only thing you can do is send them a quick IM asking them to remove you from there list. Once removed, you will notice that the delete option will no longer be greyed out in the privacy list and you will be free to remove.

August 1, 2003 at 2:55 pm #92572BrianMembershifter–thanks, I guess I’ll just try ignoring the no-good contacts in the privacy section. I had thought about closing my .NET Passport account but the contacts would probably be on the server if I use the same Yahoo account again.
