ParticipantAny suggestions? I only play the multiplayer in Condition Zero with bots. My ping or whatever they call it usually is about 20-30 but lately it’s been in the hundreds, high hundreds. I’m not playing with anyone else that’s human really just me, but I think it is on a private server.
Any suggestions?

ParticipantActually, thanks for making me realize this. I use Comcast and they have been having TONS, I mean TONS of problems lately. Internet is ALWAYS intermittent (in and out) from about 3:00 PM-5:00 PM and 6:00 PM to almost 12:00 AM
It’s really annoying to pay for unlimited internet, always on, and not get it.April 15, 2005 at 2:21 pm #118565m3rcy

it is indeed. but you get what you pay for. at the moment im paying $10 a month for unlimited internet. sometimes it is a waste of time even trying to connect if you ask me. i thought it might be bad being so cheap. but its a lot worse then expected. i think i might switch plans at the end of the month.

Memberthats pretty cheap considering im on 56k. hahahah.
theres a new plan here thats very good though. $50 a month for unlimited 256k(off topic rant – skip ahead if you like)
in my country, the government don’t own the telephone lines. another company does. these guys are hell greedy and pretty much own all of the communication in new zealand. so if a new isp wants to come in, they have to pay money to telecom to use their phone lines. same with any phone service. thats why we have only a very few phone companys which the ones that are left are closing down. isp rates are very high. and the governments not doing a thing about it.
