I have a Creative Zen Xtra 30gb and when I charge I dont know know how long it charges or when to unplug it. There is no warning either. Can I please get help from anyone who has this player or any other such as the iPod or anything comparable.

Well the manual says to leave it on while its charging, but that doesnt make too much sense to me. I have to charge it for at least 2-3 hours for the battery to be the full 3 notches. There is no indicator on the zen xtra that shows that the battery charging is complete. Creative doesnt have a forum or a help center.

Try e-mailing creative technical support.
In ur e-mail include the model code and the serial number. I can bet that they will ask those questions.
Then include the problem. You should get a reply on monday or tuesday. 🙂and/or post in their forum:

I have a creative zen touch and it shuts off automatically after the charge is complete.

Thanks for that link. I guess I’m just bad at finding things. :confused:
I have a Zen Touch and it takes about 4 hours to charge. The light on the power button stops flashiing when fully charged. It also has a charge status bar.
