I got this as an IM from one of my buddy but it was sent by itself:

I hate to sound rude but tell your friends to stop clicking every link they see and most of their problems will go away.
Anyway yes, it is a little dumb worm. All it does is make a fake version of the process spoolsv.exe and puts it into your C:Windows directory, the real spot of the real process is in C:Windowssystem32.
So go into C:Windows and find spoolsv.exe, it should have a flash icon on it. Delete that.
