April 1, 2004 at 4:56 pm #82155alana0601Participantmaybe its not the best service buts its certainly the best aim addon. its good quality, doesnt have bugs like all the others. as for the issue with some people who dont recieve emails or they cant get it to work..people on the deadaim forums do the best they can with helping the person. it’s only 5 dollars a year.

April 2, 2004 at 2:58 am #82156defnshowMembersince I switched to aimutation ive lost faith in deadaim as well… he had his run sadly jdennis seems to be losing sight of what people want in his product… even middleman seems to have figured it out better than him
April 3, 2004 at 8:48 pm #82158AIMXPressModParticipantYES!!! I agree with WhiteMateria. They have the absolute WORST customer support ever. I was going to buy it, but before I bought it I asked a question that had been addressed in a previous post but it wasn’t completely answered. I went back there later on and I couldn’t find my post. I pmmd Mods, and Admins, and to this day, have received no repsonse back. So I posted on the forum that I had posted previously and my post wasn’t there anymore, and one of their members said well was it already discussed in a previous topic and I said yes, but it wasn’t answered. Then they asked me what I said and I said don’t worry about it, I wouldn’t buy DeadAIM anyway. They have the worst customer support ever!!!! Then that post got deleted to…lol

April 4, 2004 at 10:49 pm #82148Someguy03MemberNot only can you not get support from Jim, you also don’t even get support from the user’s. If you don’t have the “purchased Deadaim” next to your name you will immediatly be accussed of piracy and will be flamed by everyone on the forums. Most users that HAVE paid for Deadaim seem to think they are better than the rest.
April 5, 2004 at 5:02 am #82160pitbullMemberThe “Purchased DeadAIM” user title doesn’t automatically appear when you purchase DeadAIM, the user must manually make these changes themself, some users just don’t know how to do so. I’ve been a member of the forum for some time, and they do respond to problems some users have. The customer service; yes, you’re right, it isn’t very good. But I suppose that risk is takin when you decide to buy the product. All in all, DeadAIM works great, it’s worth the money, terrible service or not.
This being my first post, i’d like to say Hello everyone. 😉

April 5, 2004 at 6:17 am #82147Someguy03MemberReally? I have found that Aimutation is much better than Deadaim. So is middleman.
April 5, 2004 at 5:42 pm #82145twistedmetalMemberHey?! What can ya say…. AOL does it, why not it’s hack makers?
April 5, 2004 at 7:43 pm #82159pitbullMemberMiddle_Man is quite glitchy. I like the stability of DeadAIM.

Here, it’s still totally different. At least the Moderators and Administrators here will actually communicate with you. At DeadAIM, they never say anything. They all just act like they’re a bit better than everyone else. Besides, they are arrogant and have attitudes.
