is it possible to permantly delete/deactivate AIM screen name/account as well as netscape mail and AIM.com mail accounts… if so how?

no you cannot do this at the present time. you can just abandon the screennames at which point (theoretically) after 90 days of inactivity aol/aim will automatically delete/remove them so they can be registered again.
