deleting a contact

does anyone know how I can completely delete a contacts name?. Not just blocking and deleting but remove it from my privacy list

Not unless they have also deleted you.

What I noticed was that I cancelled my Passport services (I use Yahoo E-mail address for that) and when I re=signed up with the same E-mail address, to my surprise my contact was all clear even those in my privacy. I would recommend anyone wanting to use MSN Messenger want their privacy to be kept clean to use different E-mail address not MSN, Hotmail, and other provided by Microsoft/MSN, etc.

how do you completely delete someone if they have deleted you also?

In your privicy tab under tools, right click on the contact and if delete is an option.. delete em.
