first of all, why do u want to del yahoo ID?? and anways if u want to, then just mail Y! at mail@yahoo-inc.com regarding ur ID closure!! I think it might help!!!!

I am sorry! I don’t think I said why I want to do this. I am having problems receving and sending my messages on yahoo messanger. So I thought I would delete my account, uninstall yahoo, install it back and start a new ID. Thanks for help. I really would like to fix this problem I say in touch with friends and family alot with yahoo messanger.

well its what u gotta decide honey!!! no body can tell u that u shld close it or not!!!! just check how imp it is to u!!! maybe some prob with ur ID which stops all mails! just write a mail to the above email!!!! maybe Y! will help u out!!
