When I turn the power on it says” intializing mba…” in upper left hand corner, then it says” media test failure: check cable “.
If anyone knows what this means, or can help reset, or boot up please help me.

It appears that the internal cable to your hard disk or the hard disk itself has been damaged on you. Contacting Dell Support, they will tell you what you can do. Usually you get it back in 3 days if you have to send it to a service center.
