I went to that link and I still get the same message.
Please help!!!!
Thank you
ButterflyOctober 22, 2008 at 1:17 am #51528imported_Ven0mMemberThat’s odd. It works here…
October 22, 2008 at 2:56 am #51547Butterfly46MemberI just tried it again and it gives me the rejection. Any idea what I could be doing wrong?
October 22, 2008 at 11:29 pm #51525DermotParticipantAre you trying to reject yourself?
You have been rejected by trolling_around is dabs default denial message
if thats what you mean
October 23, 2008 at 3:37 am #51546Butterfly46MemberYes that is the message I get and I go ahead and fill in all the blanks with my Id , password and the Id I want removed and I still get that message.
What do you suggest?October 23, 2008 at 5:51 pm #51539CheshyMemberThat message you see is a message it sends to the person you deny. You can change it if you want into some other message that will appear in the window of the person as the reason you denied them.
So the program works even if you see that (probably) somewhat confusing message in your screen.October 23, 2008 at 11:21 pm #51545Butterfly46Memberok..I understand that is the message and I changed it and pressed ACTION and still nothing happens. So I even tried reloading it and same thing. So now what do I do?
October 24, 2008 at 3:26 am #51530imported_Ven0mMemberYou probably won’t notice anything when you do it, but if done right, the person you wish to deny, probably receives a deny message.
November 10, 2008 at 5:08 am #51548Butterfly46MemberHi VenOm,
Im trying to remove myself from another messengers list. Im not trying to deny them. Maybe that is the confusion. Do you know of a program that will remove me from their list?November 10, 2008 at 6:39 pm #51531imported_Ven0mMemberThat’s what a Deny-A-Buddy program does, removes you from somebody else’s list by denying them.
November 14, 2008 at 6:52 am #51538Torseq Tech.MemberThere should be plenty of deny-a-buddy programs out there that still work. As long as YMSGv12 protocol is still around you’ll be able to do it (like Ven0m said). However, I have a feeling that Yahoo! will eliminate v12 sometime in early to mid 2009 since there’s absolutely no point in keeping it around as nobody uses 6.0 anymore and the support is now gone for it.
The good news is I stumbled upon a way to deny-a-buddy users without needing to rely on YMSG version 12 at all. As a matter of fact at the moment Ven0m is the only other individual that knows how to do it the ‘undisclosed way’. When it’s time to release it I’ll spill the info and it’ll be added to YTK Pro simultaneously. I’m afraid that if I give any of the details now it’ll be abused and Yahoo! will patch it. This is a different method for denying people and due to the nature of how it works it could be used in a bad way. 😉

Maybe you mean hacking and deleting yourself off their list? 😀 Probably not. I would be scared to download that trolling around program because not only did I read on this thread about the trojan but also you have to enter your username and password and that might send that info across the net using spyware that could be in the program and hackers will get your password. Or is it like Buddy Spy where it is safe to enter your Yahoo password?
Can anyone provide a link to a safe Deny a Buddy program or if there isn’t one, repost the previous one?
November 28, 2008 at 5:33 pm #51532imported_Ven0mMemberNope. It’s a buddy denial, but doesn’t use YMSG12 like the rest do. 🙂
Trolling’s program is clean. Some antivirus programs give false positives on clients and little tools, especially AVG. Not to mention I actually know Trolling and he’s a really good guy who is aware of the false positives.
