Yes u do always have to get permission to view a cam. There is a way of viewing as ”anonymous” but u still have to be given permission to view as that.
To my knowlodge there is no programme that tells u who is blocking you.
The Y!Invisable will tell you who is online, so if their is name is on your list, but offline, there is a chance they are blocking you, but the idea of the programme is just to tell you that that person is invisable.hope thats of some help đŸ˜‰
what is the use of a web cam scanner if they wanted you to view their cam then they would invite you to view. Repeated requests to view are just plain old ANOYING.
You know what? when you use anonymous try to view girls cam, the meanwhile they ignore you and your ip will shows up, so someone can tracking you or attack you by the ip, so if you are not really good at computer, I advise you dont take the risk.

Even when viewing under anonymous the person with the cam still has to give them premission to view them. So with the insalts, this is not the place for that.it is MUCH easier to just go download some porn gentlemen. I use my cam all the time, but I only show my face. However I am plagued daily by innumerable Anonymous cam requests. I have taken to ignoring them and posting the IP address given to whatever chat room I may be in. I wonder , IS there a program that can help us ladies anonymously annoy the &*(& out of those who scan for cams? Maybe a fake cam with a nice pimply but, or disease ridden genitalia that won’t close no matter how often Mr. Anonymous clicks? đŸ˜¡
Besides…dj_fantasy has already had this topic Locked. Scanning for cams and sneaking in on cams is as awful as peeping in dressing rooms. However , if we caught any of you peeping in a dressing room,we could punch you in the eye. Or have you arrested. God bless the internet….lol
LOl hey ! wow lol, ok 1rst off, I don’t view cam’s for girls to show on cam! I only cam normally I don’t force girls to view, I always start by a nice message, reason why I ask for a webcam scanner is for finding girls that I use to cam with before, What I done is decided to close all my yahoo acounts and take all the names and putted theme on a Txt notepad sum other too that I found on a web-site with names but not a big deal lol, instade having 10 yahoo Ids I decided is best to be in one ID only, and all tha girl that are active ! would be girls that I use to cam with that’s all, once I find there online on cam, I’d add the girls who are active! cuz I don’t wanna add girls who are never offline, unless they come one day

I am laughing so hard about the need for software that displays a ‘suprise’ image instead of the cam and is hard to exit from! I like the way you think!
