Is there a way to disable the alert offline message on 6.2 version?
Hmm, to be honest I’m not sure what you’re talking about exactly. There is though a patch for msn 6.2 that helps you customize things a bit in your messenger so maybe it gives you that option you want there. It’s A-Patch, go here to download it: http://apatch.tk/
(Click on Downloads and then scroll down to find your version)
What makes me curious though is why you like to use such an old version, msn has changed a lot since 6.2 and if you don’t like some of the new things it’s not a problem since you can always customize it and remove unwanted things using Mess Patch.
I’m using too v 6.2 ,I think it’s the best version of MSN. And disabling all ‘bells and whistles’ from WLM won’t make it to use less RAM.
The offline message alert comes up, when someone has sent to you offline message from WLM. I don’t know, how to disable this 🙁 I usually log in with MSN 7.5 when I get those messages and read them, then change back to 6.2 again.
