I downloaded the new msn and ever since when I change my display photo it changes on mine but stays the same on my contacts chat window

It happens when they change their photo too 😮

Anyone know why?

Your contacts need to wait for the image to download onto their hard drive, from you (where they are locally hosted). If the bandwidth or services being slow, it may take a few moments (or minutes) for the DP to download. Same works for CEs (custom emoticons).
