I’ve recently installed windows live beta on my laptop. For a while I could see my friends display pics but now only a few show and others don’t. I visited another website after visiting this one and ppl there who have this problem all seem to have the Zone Alarm security suite as their virus and spyware protection system.
One person even went to the extenet of uninstalling the programme and found that the problem was fixed having taken this action. I dunno if this is the solution to some of the problems you have here but I thought i just leave a note to make you all aware of the possiblity.

Zone Alarm 6.5.XXX is the culprit behind it. Please check out the other threads in the forum which will give you solutions to this.My two cent’s worth of advice is this: uninstall ZA completely, and use another security suite. With every increasing version ZA is unfortunately becoming more buggy and bloated. Just take a look at their forums http://forum.zonelabs.org/zonelabs
I’m now much happier without Zone Alarm in my system. 🙂
